Many people who come to counselling are unsure of what to expect and it is very normal to feel anxious at the beginning of this process. One of the first things we will do is discuss what your expectations and goals are for counselling. Once we have discussed what you need from counselling, we will work together in a way that you feel comfortable with and at your own pace.

Matthew will facilitate you in examining your thoughts, feelings and emotions so that you can gain a deeper understanding of what is causing you distress and emotional pain.
